What ContentBrainy does

One workspace for creators who want planning and performance to inform each other

ContentBrainy is built for individual creators who want a clear production process and a practical way to learn from the public content they have already published.

Plan the full content workflow

Organize each Content Piece from idea through filming, editing and planned publishing, with stage-specific dates and notes.

Keep planned and published work distinct

Manage ideas and production in the Planner, then review real platform posts separately in Published and link them when useful.

Connect your own TikTok account

Import the profile information, account statistics and public videos you explicitly authorize through TikTok.

Compare your content performance

Review views, likes, comments and shares across your imported public videos, with comparisons based on your own content history.

Carry insights into new ideas

Use Content Formats, captions and performance patterns from your own published work as context while developing and organizing future Content Pieces.

How it works

From an idea to a more informed next step

Start with the planning tools, then connect TikTok only if you want your own published performance available inside the same product.

  2. 2

  3. 3

    Connect TikTok securely

Choose Connect TikTok, review TikTok’s authorization screen and grant only the permissions you want to use.

  4. 4

    Review and plan

Compare your imported public posts and use what you learn when planning the next Content Piece.

TikTok integration

You decide whether and how to connect

The connection starts only when you select Connect TikTok in ContentBrainy. You are redirected to TikTok’s authorization screen, where you choose whether to grant the requested permissions. ContentBrainy receives only the data covered by the permissions you authorize.

You initiate the connection yourself.

TikTok shows and controls the authorization screen.

Authorized data is imported to provide the Published view.

Disconnecting asks TikTok to revoke access; you can also revoke it in TikTok.

Permissions in plain language

FAQ

Questions about the TikTok connection

Why does ContentBrainy connect to TikTok?

The connection lets you bring your own public TikTok posts and authorized account statistics into ContentBrainy, so you can review performance beside your planning workflow.

Which TikTok information is accessed?

Only information covered by the permissions you approve: basic account identity, account-level statistics, and your public video list with its available metadata and performance counts.

Does ContentBrainy post to TikTok?

No. ContentBrainy does not publish, edit or delete content on your TikTok account.

How do I disconnect my account?

Open Account → Connected Socials in ContentBrainy and choose Disconnect. This stops the account from syncing or contributing to views and comparisons, and ContentBrainy asks TikTok to revoke the authorization. You can also revoke it in your TikTok account settings.

How do I request deletion or contact support?

Use Delete all data under Connected Socials to permanently remove the connected account and its collected ContentBrainy data, or email team@contentbrainy.app for support and data-rights requests.
